    Residential Pest Control Services

    Indoor and Perimeter Services

    At Arrest-A-Pest, we treat your home’s interior & exterior with highly effective, non-odorous, EPA approved chemicals. All chemicals used conform to federal, state & local laws.

    Before we begin service, we perform a thorough assessment of your home and property to establish your home’s individual needs. Once we have agreed upon a comprehensive treatment plan, we will begin service.

    Household Pest Control Service

    The initial treatment encompasses:
    • Spraying of all baseboards
    • Spraying under all appliances including fridge, stove, washer, and dryer
    • Treatment of garage area
    • Treatment of any problematic areas identified by customer or service rep
    • Spraying of entire perimeter of the house, three feet up exterior walls, and at least one foot out into lawn to create a barrier
    • All Window and door frames are sprayed
    • Any problem areas along fascia (roof line)

    After the first treatment, service thereafter is generally performed on a bi-monthly basis, unless a once a year service is selected. On subsequent visits, the exterior is treated exclusively unless you have a problem inside. If you have problems on the interior of the residence we will treat them at no additional charge. This eliminates excessive chemicals being applied in your home without any true need and gives you the freedom of not needing to be home for scheduled treatments.

    Once-a-year Treatment

    Once a Year Pest Control – This service uses the most advanced pest control techniques. Treatment is provided to help control crawling pests (roaches, ants, spiders, silverfish, earwigs, and much more) for up to a full year. We treat both the inside and the outside of your home. In approximately six months, we return to give your exterior a thorough inspection and will apply a second treatment. Arrest-A-Pest guarantees control for your home for all above common households pests for an entire year, or we’ll return and retreat the problem area at no cost to you!

    Lawn & Ornamental Treatments

    Lawn Treatments are performed using a granular formulation or liquid application depending on the specific needs of your lawn. Our lawn service will minimize problems that commonly affect Florida lawns such as fire ants, chinch bugs, grubs, sod worms, and other enemies that negatively impact your lawn. Treating your lawn also minimizes the population of both fleas and ticks.
